• The men lay fresh drop cloths in front of the work area before bring in any equipment

• Any items of value placed around the pellet or wood stove are removed or covered at your request.
• We then proceed with ash removal if needed.
• We check the vent connection before sweeping the chimney.

• The inside of the pellet/wood stove is brushed out and any creosote and fly ash that is in the stove is removed. Fly ash is usually pretty heavy in the pellet stoves and must be removed regularly.
• We check the stove gaskets, door seal, refractory panels, baffle plates, and connector pipe.
• During the sweeping process a default Level 1 inspection is being done which has a check list of over 65 items.
• We can also perform a diagnostic service on your pellet stoves electrical and safety switches and correct performance issues. Additional fees may apply.
• Once the job is completed and your home left spotless, the technicians will go over the process with you and make recommendations. We can provide digital photographs of your chimney should there be any areas of concern. How does this sound?
