THE COMPETITIVE DIFFERENCE

Minimal tear-out without “cutting corners”

Drying that’s as non-invasive as possible – and as thorough as required.

A significant part of professional water restoration is properly drying the structure. SteamDry Restore uses moisture measurement, targeted airflow, and professional dehumidification to efficiently dry materials and structural cavities.

In many clean-water situations caught within the first ~72 hours, effective drying can often be achieved with minimal invasive work. In insulated wall systems, SteamDry Restore will remove baseboards and drill small vent holes along the baseline, as needed, to ensure proper drying.

If the loss is severe, contaminated, or has remained wet beyond the safe window, selective removal of drywall and insulation may be required. The goal is always the same: do what’s necessary to dry correctly, and document the work.
