We do a walk through to determine the type of hard surface, the degree and type of soiling, the solutions and process necessary to clean effectively, as well as any pre-existing conditions (such as missing or cracked grout).

Application

We use an eco-friendly cleaning chemical to break down the soils so that they can be extracted.

Agitation

We agitate the hard surface (grout lines) with one of our powerful agitation machines to loosen the soiling and grease from the hard surface (grout-lines). This is essential to a more effective cleaning.

Rinse & Extract

With our powerful commercial truck mount, and state-of-the-art tools, we extract the cleaning product along with the loosened soiling and grease.

Inspection

Any questions are asked during this stage while we review our work to ensure you are satisfied.

How long does it take to dry, is it slippery, and do you do grout sealing?

The flooring will be dry within an hour & is dried as part of the process. It will be slippery until fully dry.

– we do not color-seal, but may recommend it if the grout is stained beyond cleaning.

– we do not clear-seal, but have products to recommend that can be applied after. they can be purchased at local hardware stores.
