Pre Condition/Agitation

This process loosens soils and deep down spots. It is the essential portion of the cleaning process.

Rinse

We will then rinse your furniture with our high-tech system, which allows us to change the amount of water pressure to meet your specific type of upholstery.

Staging to Dry/Inspection

Your furniture will dry within a few hours, the cushions, pillows, and covers will be staged to dry, and we will answer any last questions to ensure you are satisfied.

Can all upholstery be cleaned with hot-water extraction?

No, and we will qualify this at the point of sale, or at the time-of-service.

What if our piece cannot be cleaned with hot-water extraction?

We will recommend a highly reviewed local company as a referral.
