How often should you post on social media?

Schedule your posts when your audience is online and:
Post on Facebook – 1-2 times per day, seven days a week, 10:08 a.m. and 3:04 p.m.(10 times per week)
LinkedIn – 1 time per day, 8:14 a.m., no weekends (up to 20 times per month)
Google+ – 2 times per day, 9:03 a.m. and 7:04 p.m., no weekends (10 times per week)
Twitter – at least 5 times a day.(up to 30 posts a day, but never more then once per hour)
